How do I register for a course?
It’s simple. You can just go to contact us page in our website and send us a
registration request. Alternatively, you can directly email or phone us and
someone will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
I have registered. What happens next?
The ball is in our court now. We will confirm your registration and send you the
relevant documentation.
What if I change my mind and want to drop my class?
Of course you can do so and you will receive a full refund if you cancel 14 days
before the start of the course.
Please note: If the cancellation request has been made within 14 days of the due
date, a 20% administration fee will be deducted from the course fee. 35% of the
course fee will be deducted if the cancellation is made within 14 days from the
course start date. Any cancellation requested after that will not generate any
refund.
Technical requirements:
What are the technical requirements for an online course?
You will be ready to start as long as you have access to the internet and a good
connection.
What do I do if I need technical assistance?
Our team will be happy to assist you if you face problems accessing the course
provided you have a good access to the internet
How do I get access to the class materials?
Once you are signed up for a course, we will send you all the materials you need
including any relevant login details.
Tuition and payments:
How much does an online class cost?
It depends on which course you are registered in. However, we make sure that our
prices are competitive and ensure best value for money.
When do I have to pay?
Payment of minimum 50% of the course fee will be required upon registration and
the remaining balance should be paid by the course due date. However, payment
plans can be discussed on request.
What are acceptable payment methods?
We accept online payments as well as bank deposits. Please speak to a member of
the team for further details.
Will I get my money back if I drop the class?
Yes sure, provided you notify us before the course starts. Otherwise, a cancellation

Diplomas and certificates:
What kind of certificate will I get?
At the end of your course, you will receive a Pitman Diploma or a CPD certificate
depending on the type of programme you are taking, provided you completed your
study successfully. If you signed for our online live English courses, you will
receive a London Bridge Academy certification of completion.
How do I get my certificate?
As soon as you complete your programme, our team will process your
certification/diploma and will send it over to you online or by post within 5 working
days. In some occasions, we do organise end of course events to celebrate the
happy moments with participants and give certification in person.
Academics:
What kind of participant does well with online learning?
From records, any participant who treats the course seriously and attend all
assigned online sessions in addition to completing assignments will do well.
What methods will be used to teach my online class?
If you are participating in our live English courses, we use Zoom platform to
connect you to our UK based native English teachers. All other courses will be
taught in a self-paced manner where you are requested to login to your account
and follow instructions, complete assignments and take exams. However, although
those are self-paced programmes we do set deadlines for completion.
What do I do if I have questions about an assignment?
Our teachers and instructors are more than happy to reply to any questions you
may have regarding assignments in specific and courses in general. Just us
through our contact details provided and we will get back to you very shortly.
How much time will I spend in my virtual classroom?
It depends on the length of course you signed up for. Though, all our courses
range from 8 to 30 hour long.
How much time will be involved in homework?
Homework varies from a course to another. However, our instructors will take in
consideration the progress that the participant is making throughout the course in
order to judge how much homework will be assigned.
How do I get homework assignments, tests, etc.?
All homework assignments and tests will be accessed online. Either in the student
portal or via emails from the instructor.
Will classes meet at a specific time?
This only applies to our live online English courses where sessions will take place in
preset timetables. Group online classes will meet with teachers via Zoom platform.
May I begin my online class early?
You will be able to begin your online class as soon as your registration is
confirmed, except from the live online English courses which will have set
timetables for the entire group.
What if I can’t start the live English class on the date it’s scheduled to begin?
We will schedule you for the next available class.
